My Design Journey

  1. making a european startup network feel worth paying for.

    • designed the free vs premium split for chat, with upgrade prompts for things like confidential messages and attachments, and researched where ai fits best in each plan.
    • revamped the website with new metrics sections and a booking page, and tested and reviewed the web and mobile saas app. all of it is live today.

  2. making client websites lead visitors to the one thing that matters.

    • planned page flow and information architecture for client websites, so key sections came in a clear order that matched each brand.
    • redesigned landing pages to pull attention toward the main call to action and remove points where visitors dropped off.

  3. making a national institute’s website feel modern without losing what people came for.

    • co-led a team of batchmates and juniors to build version 2.0 of the official website for the campus control cell, redesigning the ui and visual system while keeping the content structure intact.
    • worked with engineers to track progress, review builds and run qa, so the live site matched the design.

A Bit About Me

Hello! I’m Yuvraj Gupta, a Product Designer with one foot in design and the other in engineering. I learned to move fast in hackathons and to think about impact in startups, so today I design products that ship quickly without losing what matters: being clear, useful and easy to love.
